I have been blessed with my very own mossy forest just behind our house, and I love exploring the little details. It`s mindfulness to me, walking slowly and use only my eyes and ears, smell the nature, feel the bark on the trees or the damp moss. Letting go of thoughts and just be.

The details change every time I am there, even if I was there the day before, something new has happened. A mushroom that wasn`t there yesterday, or something that has been there, but has changed. OR I haven`t noticed before.
